We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Support Specialist to join our team at The Charles Lea Center. As a Community Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with disabilities to live more independently, providing support and care that enables them to achieve their unique goals and interests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide health, safety, accountability, supervision, and training for individuals supported in the community
  • Assist individuals in all aspects of community living, enabling them to be as independent as possible
  • Work under the general supervision of the Program Manager to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals supported
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement personalized support plans that meet the unique needs and goals of individuals supported
  • Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless support and care
