Senior Sales Account Executive

Crete United is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Account Executive to join our team in Houston, TX. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and developing new business for our partners in Texas.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strategic long-term relationships with customers to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives.
- Deliver new customers to achieve organizational and revenue objectives.
- Master the Endorsed Partner strategic points of differentiation and deliver a targeted sales strategy to capitalize on it.
- Be a true hunter of new business relationships and a world-class closer.
- BA in business administration or similar relevant field experience.
- 5+ years of sales experience within the Industrial, Construction/Service industry (MEP).
- Demonstrable sales results and an established book of business.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
- Highly competitive base annual salary (DOE) and lucrative performance-based commission/annual bonus structure.
