Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to close, including negotiation and closing deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
- Mentor and coach junior sales team members to improve their sales skills and performance
- 3+ years of sales experience in a full sales cycle role
- Proven track record of success in hitting sales targets and quotas
- Strong prospecting and lead generation skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Competitive base salary and uncapped quarterly commissions
