The main objective of this role is to oversee the documentation of historical sales information and generate reports utilizing key performance indicators. This position also provides executive assistance for business development initiatives, which include creative design, marketing campaigns, special events, construction, and renovations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Collaborate with Senior Management to strategize and coordinate the bi-annual marketing plan for retail and dining establishments in alignment with corporate directives.
  • Evaluate operational data and insights gathered by other team members and incorporate them into the foundational elements of the marketing strategy.
  • Organize and present the bi-annual operational strategy for retail and dining operations.
  • Partner with Senior Management to manage all advertising efforts, including social media and promotional events. Handle all social media interactions except for specific alumni platforms. Relay guest feedback to management and HR for employee acknowledgment.
  • Cultivate relationships with the Disney Marketing team to promote retail, food, and beverage offerings through Disney's advertising channels.
Operations Analysis
  • Collect and maintain historical sales records.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including the creation of reports and presentations, managing information databases, and assisting in the design and development of new reports based on business requirements.
  • Keep the SKU inventory updated to ensure sales data integrates seamlessly with food management software.
Executive Support
  • Aid the General Manager in organizing meetings and preparing project documentation in both Japanese and English.
  • Support the General Manager in overseeing projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
  • Provide administrative assistance to Senior Management, including daily report submissions to headquarters.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to formulate an operational budget.
  • Assist with various initiatives through research, analysis, and reporting.
Operations Support
  • Organize meetings or events with Store, Food & Beverage, and Disney teams.
  • Review invoices and forward them to the appropriate personnel for approval.
  • Design and maintain printed menus and signage at food and beverage locations.
  • Write and edit new menu items.
Public Relations (Sales Promotion)
  • Advocate for the Company's products/services in alignment with park objectives.
  • Coordinate with vendors to source and procure marketing-related materials, request vendor quotes, calculate expenses, and track related costs.
  • Establish strong relationships with the Disney Marketing team and influencers.
  • Develop content for social media to share with the Disney Marketing team.
  • Prepare visuals and text for advertisements on Disney's platforms.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Adhere to the Company handbook and policies.
  • Perform Japanese-English translation and interpretation as needed.
  • Undertake other duties as assigned.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability to lift or move up to 20 lbs.
  • Sitting, standing, lifting, walking, seeing, talking, and hearing are essential functions.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
  • Office setting with a generally moderate noise level.
Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of two (2) years of administrative experience or four (4) years of relevant administrative experience.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Word and related software.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks with competing priorities and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with Point-of-Sales systems and food & beverage management software.
  • Experience with social media management, including posting, analysis, content creation, and collaboration with influencers.
OTHER SKILLS:
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays as required.
  • Effective verbal communication skills in English with supervisors, colleagues, and external contacts.
  • Basic arithmetic skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, with the ability to analyze and solve simple problems.
  • Understanding of measurement units and conversions between metric and US customary systems.
  • Ability to read and comprehend written materials.
