- Complete necessary paperwork and counts at the end of shifts and days.
- In the absence of the Restaurant Manager, handle daily, weekly, and end-of-period administrative tasks.
- Promote a safe environment for both team members and customers by adhering to safety regulations.
- Document incidents following company policies.
