Position Overview

The Residential Services Manager plays a crucial role in establishing a secure and nurturing atmosphere that encourages communication, empowerment, and support for individuals served by the program. This position entails comprehensive oversight of the residential facilities and the staff operating within those environments. The Manager will directly supervise Lead Staff and Direct Support Professionals (DSP), serving as a role model for expected job performance, workplace attitude, and professional interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals with disabilities in their daily living activities.

  • Facilitate development and outcomes as specified in individual care plans.
  • Ensure access to community resources.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5-6 years of experience working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities or behavioral health issues.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • DDS Med Certification.
  • Basic computer skills and internet proficiency, including the ability to use email and data entry applications.
  • Valid Driver's License and personal vehicle with state-required insurance.
  • Subject to employment screenings, including background checks.
