About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Webasto in Auburn Hills, MI. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring customer relationship management and satisfaction, securing profitable growth within our holistic product portfolio, and defining and executing mid and long-term strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer relationships and ensure satisfaction

  • Identify and gain business potentials

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales
  • GM experience preferred
  • ERP system experience, SAP preferred
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills
