Regional Sales Manager
As a key member of the Sales Department, the Regional Sales Manager will support the Regional Sales Organization in achieving business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales and experience working with global cross-functional teams.
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing account strategies that align with company goals. This includes collaborating with the Regional Sales Director and global sales team to establish objectives within the Customer Development Plan (CDP).
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, business development, or account management. They will also have experience interacting with large global international companies and working with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement account strategies that align with company goals
- Collaborate with the Regional Sales Director and global sales team to establish objectives within the Customer Development Plan (CDP)
- Negotiate with key customers to resolve commercial issues and foster collaboration with global cross-functional teams
- Build and maintain productive relationships with key personnel across all levels of the organization within assigned customer accounts
- Conduct market research, analyze trends, and monitor sales performance metrics to identify new opportunities and implement corrective actions
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in a technical sales or assistant manager position, preferably with a Tier 1 supplier to OEMs (GM, Ford, Stellantis)
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or Business (MBA is a plus)
- Experience interacting with large global international companies and working with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, operations)
- Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or account management
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP, with knowledge of commercial issue management
