Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Webasto's North American headquarters in Auburn Hills, MI.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong background in customer relationship management and a passion for driving business growth.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, securing profitable growth, and defining and executing mid- and long-term strategies.
You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify and gain business potentials, and develop and execute sales plans to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities- Ensure customer relationship management and satisfaction
- Secure profitable growth within our holistic product portfolio and our MUST-WIN-landscape
- Secure cash flow income and EBIT targets in respect to pricing and incomes
- Define and execute mid- and long-term strategies (customer)
- Identify and gain business potentials
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of sales experience; preferably in the automotive industry
- Proven track record of success in sales
- GM experience preferred
- ERP system experience needed; SAP preferred
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong capacity to cultivate meaningful connections and instill confidence with customers
