Job Title: Northeastern/Midwestern Regional Sales Representative

Job Summary:

NELA USA is seeking an ambitious and technically focused sales professional to join our team as a Northeastern/Midwestern Regional Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with new and existing customers in the graphic arts industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our automation equipment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales experience in capital equipment or high-dollar value sales
  • Demonstrated strong electrical and mechanical aptitude, with a good general understanding of process-based software and hardware
  • Experience in process automation and business planning, with a proven track record of developing account sales and relationship management plans
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and reporting skills, with the ability to communicate sophisticated automation concepts to customers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with experience with Salesforce CRM a plus
  • Business travel experience, with a willingness to travel up to 30% in the US and Canada
