Job Summary

We are looking for a sales-focused individual who is passionate about fitness and has excellent communication skills. As a Fitness Sales Associate, you will be responsible for greeting clients, presenting our fitness concept, and selling memberships to help our studio thrive. You will also be working closely with our trainers to guide new clients through their first Orangetheory workout and ensuring that all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients with enthusiasm and energy, and present our fitness concept to interested individuals.
  • Work at our front desk, answering phones and responding to client inquiries.
  • Give studio tours and provide information about our services and programs.
  • Work closely with trainers to guide new clients through their first Orangetheory workout.
  • Sell memberships and promote our services to help the studio thrive.
  • Follow up with prospective clients to ensure they have a positive experience.
  • Handle client concerns in a professional and objective manner.
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our studio.
  • Ensure all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized.

Requirements

  • Passion for fitness and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with clients of all ages and fitness levels.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
