Key Responsibilities:
- Process patient information for ambulatory care visits, ensuring accurate and timely registration and scheduling.
- Manage patient records, including demographic and insurance information, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to schedule appointments and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:
