At OrthoLoneStar PLLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced physician to lead our orthopedic services as a Medical Director. With a strong focus on delivering exceptional patient care and fostering a collaborative team environment, this role is ideal for a board-certified or eligible physician with expertise in physical medicine and rehabilitation/sports medicine.

About the Role
  • This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $**250,000 - $350,000** per year, based on experience and qualifications.
  • We are looking for a dedicated professional who can work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients.

The successful candidate will have a Doctorate in Medicine (M.D. or D.O.) and be board certified in their specialty. They will also have at least 2 years of experience practicing medicine in a hospital or private practice setting. In addition to clinical skills, they must possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a strong emphasis on building trust with patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead our orthopedic services team and provide strategic guidance on medical practice development.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Stay current with industry developments and best practices, applying knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, respect, and open communication within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Doctorate in Medicine (M.D. or D.O.)
  • Board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation/Sports Medicine
  • At least 2 years of experience in a hospital or private practice setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
