Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Ortho/Surgical, Trauma Nurse Manager (RN) to join our team at Texas Orthopedic Hospital.

About the Role

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality nursing care to our patients. As a Senior Nurse Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the department and collaborating with the Director to achieve our hospital's goals and objectives.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in an acute care setting and a strong background in orthopedic nursing. You will possess excellent leadership skills, clinical knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, physicians, and patients.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on patient outcomes and contribute to the growth and development of our nursing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Director in coordinating departmental activities to ensure a coordinated effort in fulfilling department responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with the nursing staff to provide clinical support and guidance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve quality and patient satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
What We Offer

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
