Job Summary

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for healthcare. You will serve as a clinical resource and role model, addressing patient emergencies, and collaborating with directors to ensure adequate staffing levels.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures
  • Provide direct patient care and supervise staff members
  • Participate in educational projects and facilitate employee development
  • Maintain personal competencies as an RN and stay up-to-date with industry developments
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in management and critical care
  • BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and staff
