Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to fill the role of Case Management Supervisor. This leadership position involves supervising case management staff, communicating effectively with teams, assessing patient needs, planning and implementing care strategies, and evaluating outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supports a multi-disciplinary approach to patient care, promoting cooperation among hospital staff.
  • Provides outstanding service to patients, physicians, colleagues, and guests.
  • Prioritizes work based on demands for service, remaining alert to potential errors and initiating corrective actions.
  • Demonstrates awareness of patient rights, confidentiality, informed decision-making, and privacy.
  • Practices cost-efficiency, adheres to tardiness/attendance policy, and assists with operational aspects of the department.
  • Collaborates with Director and/or Manager to ensure adequate staffing and participates in employee interviewing, hiring, and termination processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred)
  • Current licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse in the state of practice
  • At least 1 year of experience in related field
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
  • Registered Social Worker (RSW), Registered Nurse, or Certified Care Manager (CMC) designation

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000, depending on experience.
