Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and coordinating the functions of the business office
  • Managing reception operations
  • Ensuring timely processing of billing statements
  • Maintaining comprehensive financial records for residents
  • Discussing payment policies with new residents
  • Managing resident trust accounts and petty cash
  • Responding to billing inquiries
  • Building and nurturing relationships with staff, residents, and vendors

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years of bookkeeping experience in a healthcare environment
  • Familiarity with Medicaid processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Exceptional communication abilities
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
