    • Ensure accurate and efficient operation of the MICROS system, including daily transactions and special requests.
  • Problem Resolution
    • Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a fair and timely manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
    • Investigate and resolve issues, using creative problem-solving skills to find solutions.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with other departments, including Housekeeping and Engineering, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
    • Assist the General Manager with special requests, group blocking, and unusual circumstances.
