Key Responsibilities
- Franchise Sales and Business Development
- Meet with potential franchise leads to showcase our business model and growth opportunities.
- Research and identify new areas for business development and expansion.
- Provide expert guidance and support to franchise owners, helping them to develop and implement effective business strategies.
- Collaborate with franchise owners to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities.
- Operational Support
- Provide operational support to franchise owners, including sales and marketing guidance.
- Assist franchise owners in developing and implementing effective business management systems.
- Help franchise owners to identify and address operational challenges and areas for improvement.
- Communication and Relationship Building
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchise owners, providing regular communication and support.
- Collaborate with franchise owners to identify and address any issues or concerns.
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to franchise owners and senior management.
- Other Responsibilities
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in the printing industry, with a focus on sales and business development.
- 6-8 years of business experience, including strategic development and operational management.
- Franchise sales experience is preferred, but experience in general sales, marketing, business management, or similar work environments is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with franchise owners and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address operational challenges.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel and maintain a flexible work schedule.
