We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Franchise Operations Team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and sales across our network of locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Franchise Sales and Business Development
    • Meet with potential franchise leads to showcase our business model and growth opportunities.
    • Research and identify new areas for business development and expansion.
    • Provide expert guidance and support to franchise owners, helping them to develop and implement effective business strategies.
    • Collaborate with franchise owners to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities.
  • Operational Support
    • Provide operational support to franchise owners, including sales and marketing guidance.
    • Assist franchise owners in developing and implementing effective business management systems.
    • Help franchise owners to identify and address operational challenges and areas for improvement.
  • Communication and Relationship Building
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchise owners, providing regular communication and support.
    • Collaborate with franchise owners to identify and address any issues or concerns.
    • Provide regular updates and progress reports to franchise owners and senior management.
  • Other Responsibilities
    • Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in the printing industry, with a focus on sales and business development.
  • 6-8 years of business experience, including strategic development and operational management.
  • Franchise sales experience is preferred, but experience in general sales, marketing, business management, or similar work environments is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with franchise owners and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address operational challenges.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel and maintain a flexible work schedule.
