Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and coordinating the various functions of the business office
  • Supervising front desk operations
  • Ensuring prompt processing of billing statements
  • Maintaining accurate financial records for residents
  • Discussing payment procedures with new residents
  • Overseeing resident trust accounts and managing petty cash
  • Responding to billing inquiries
  • Building strong relationships with staff, residents, and service providers

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of bookkeeping experience in a healthcare environment
  • Familiarity with Medicaid processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational capabilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
