Role Overview:

The Territory Business Manager will report directly to the District Business Manager and will play a crucial role in enhancing product visibility and usage. This position is pivotal in achieving and surpassing sales objectives by cultivating strong relationships with healthcare providers, collaborating with internal teams, and engaging with relevant stakeholders within a designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage market insights and strategic planning to build robust sales and customer networks.
  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge of disease states and product offerings to effectively promote Dermavant's solutions to healthcare professionals.
  • Engage with physicians and key healthcare providers in the assigned region to disseminate clinically relevant information and meet product targets while adhering to legal and compliance standards.
  • Analyze the marketplace and reimbursement dynamics to identify and prioritize business opportunities.
  • Implement effective sales techniques and market strategies to drive product demand.
  • Navigate the evolving healthcare landscape, employing critical thinking and strategic approaches to access customers.
  • Collaborate with field personnel to proactively address client needs and enhance service delivery.
  • Utilize patient-centered clinical discussions to connect with all members of a healthcare team, ensuring exceptional customer service through comprehensive account management.
  • Establish and maintain a strong presence within the Dermatology community and relevant organizations.
  • Represent Dermavant with professionalism, integrity, and compliance at all times.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated sales success in a quota-driven environment, with preference for experience in dermatology, medical devices, or specialty pharmaceuticals.
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential.
  • Proven track record of high performance in current roles and a strong capacity for learning.
  • A proactive approach to customer service with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Willingness to travel as required by the territory.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, performance-oriented culture.
