Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Stoughton Parts Sales. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers in the trailer industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales promotions, pricing strategies, and product offerings
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, highlighting key trends and opportunities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and/or 10+ years of experience in commercial vehicle aftermarket sales or service support
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue
  • Strong understanding of the trailer industry and its key players
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
