Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

RingCentral is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the Pacific Northwest/Mountain Region. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 6-8 Account Executives to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales operations, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, provide coaching and feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecast, and reporting to ensure accurate sales projections and customer engagement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and customer loyalty.
Requirements:
  • 6-8 years of sales leadership experience in the high-tech industry, preferably in SaaS.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, developing sales strategies, and building strong customer relationships.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent military and/or work experience.
