About the Role

PagerDuty is seeking a highly skilled Majors Growth Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the enterprise market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Value Selling: Develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs and pain points, and effectively communicate the value of our products and services.
  • Account Planning: Develop strategic plans to grow accounts and identify new business opportunities.
  • Sales Execution: Manage and close complex sales cycles, and negotiate positive business outcomes with existing customers.
  • Prospecting: Leverage our marketing and alliances programs to develop new business opportunities and expand our presence in the enterprise market.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of field sales experience, preferably in software sales/SaaS sales.
  • 3-5 years of experience expanded into new areas of existing accounts.
  • Enterprise Account Management experience with $500M+, Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies.
  • Sold in a multi-product selling environment before.
