About the Role

PagerDuty is seeking a highly skilled Majors Growth Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the enterprise market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Value Selling: Develop and execute a consultative sales approach to highlight the unique value and benefits of PagerDuty's products and services.
  • Account Planning: Identify and prioritize key accounts, develop strategic plans to address customer needs, and drive sales growth.
  • Sales Execution: Manage and close complex sales cycles, negotiate positive business outcomes, and ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, alliances, and BDR programs, to drive sales growth and expand our customer base.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of field sales experience, preferably in software sales/SaaS sales.
  • 3-5 years of experience expanded into new areas of existing accounts.
  • Enterprise Account Management experience with $500M+, Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies.
  • Sold in a multi-product selling environment before.
