About the Role

PagerDuty is seeking a highly skilled Majors Growth Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the enterprise market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand existing accounts and drive sales growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and technical decision-makers
  • Utilize consultative sales approach to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales organization
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of field sales experience, preferably in software sales/SaaS sales
  • 3-5 years of experience expanding into new areas of existing accounts
  • Enterprise or commercial account management experience with $500M+, Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies
  • Experience selling in a multi-product selling environment
  • Effective time management, complex deal management, account planning, and analytical skills
