About the Role

PagerDuty is seeking a highly skilled Majors Growth Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the enterprise market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Value Selling: Develop strategic plans to highlight the unique value and benefits of PagerDuty's products and services to customers.
  • Sales Effectiveness: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, negotiate positive business outcomes, and manage complex sales cycles.
  • Sales Execution: Ensure accurate and complete work, prepare for meetings and presentations, and follow up with others to ensure agreements and commitments are fulfilled.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of field sales experience, preferably in software sales/SaaS sales.
  • 3-5 years of experience expanding into new areas of existing accounts.
  • Enterprise Account Management experience with $500M+, Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies.
  • Sold in a multi-product selling environment before.
