Job Overview

DLRdmv is a leading provider of innovative Title & Registration technology and Governmental Compliance solutions for the Automotive Industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Account Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Onboarding: Manage and oversee all aspects of the company's onboarding process with clients, ensuring a seamless integration of our products and services.
  • Ongoing Support: Provide training and support to dealership personnel beyond initial program installation, ensuring they are equipped to maximize the benefits of our solutions.
  • Troubleshooting: Interact with dealership staff to troubleshoot and diagnose any issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Data Analysis: Leverage CRM and Business Intelligence management tools to analyze data and automate processes, driving business growth and efficiency.
  • Client Satisfaction: Deliver on client satisfaction goals and targets, developing trust relationships with clients and driving long-term business success.
Requirements
  • Time Management: Excellent time-management skills in an autonomous environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Social Skills: Dynamic social skillset, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Account Management: Proven track record of account management in SaaS/software, with experience in administering remote training and utilizing collaborative environments.
  • Industry Experience: DMV or Automotive Industry experience preferred, with the ability to navigate and utilize industry-specific tools and technologies.
