About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Manager to join our team at beeline Group. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving strong execution across your district and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve profitable sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure consistent positive results against sales, expense, operational, and talent objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, including customers and key leadership at store level
  • Provide market intelligence to ensure beeline Group is aware of market trends, issues, and concerns that may impact the district, region, or company
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales leadership, with a track record of achieving sales growth and profitability
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
