Job Overview

At Alliance Services, Inc., we are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources professional to support our HR department. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing various HR programs and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee evaluation processes and provide support for performance management
  • Utilize HR systems such as Dayforce, Lever, Salesforce, and iCIMS for data management and reporting
  • Coordinate employee orientation sessions and assist in onboarding new hires
  • Assist in data collection and analysis for HR metrics and reporting purposes
  • Support affirmative action planning initiatives within the organization

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in HR software systems such as SAP, Dayforce, and iCIMS
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels
  • Knowledge of employee evaluation processes and performance management techniques
  • Familiarity with data collection and analysis methods in an HR context
