Human Resources Director

KIPP Capital Region Public Schools is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and driving key human resource initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR data management, system maintenance, and auditing to ensure record retention and compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Oversee leaves, maintain compliance with KIPP CAP policies and federal and state leave regulations, and provide guidance and excellent customer service to employees and leaders.
- Assist with employee relations and disciplinary issues, coach and counsel leaders and staff as needed, and manage terminations.
- Work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to further operationalize human resource practices and contribute to strategies that drive desired outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College or University.
- 3+ Years of experience in leadership roles, with focused responsibility for leading and managing Human Resource goals and initiatives.
- Experience working collaboratively with various departments in a fast-paced, growing environment across functional teams with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to identify ways to evolve our Human Resource practices by staying current with the latest trends and providing recommendations and insights based on industry best practices.
