PT Payroll Administrator

As a PT Payroll Administrator at Hannaford Supermarkets, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payroll processes. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Reconcile labor analysis and supervisory reports, and perform other human resource administrative functions, as directed.
Maintain the security of all associate-related files, records and documents.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Detail oriented, well organized, and able to achieve deadlines.
Able to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
Preferred Requirements:
Maintain extreme confidentiality with all information. Comply with store-related payroll and scheduling policies, practices, legal requirements, and ethical procedures.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws regarding hiring, payroll administration and child labor restrictions.
Communicate effectively with people of diverse race, ethnicity, nationality and abilities.
Complete daily time and attendance and weekly payroll.
Remain accessible to all associates.
Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodations.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is between $15.90 - $23.50 Hrly.
