Regeneron Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced Associate Manager - Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Human Resources team.

This role requires a strong understanding of business challenges and the ability to develop solutions that address client needs. The HRBP will build strong links between HR strategy and business strategy, acting as an advisor to people leaders on organizational and HR-related issues.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of solutions that address client needs
  • Build strong links between HR strategy and business strategy
  • Act as an advisor to people leaders on organizational and HR-related issues
  • Participate in various initiatives and projects
  • Develop an understanding of client group's business operations, leadership team, workflow, and culture
  • Participate in a variety of interactions with staff at all levels, including senior management, hourly, and salaried employees
  • Use HR Metrics to provide insight to senior management on attrition, performance, engagement, employee relations, and other measures of success
  • Facilitate all phases of change management, ensuring linkage to company goals, considering impact to employees and the client group
  • Partner with the business team and employees to improve employee performance, growth, and development
  • Collaborate with Learning & Talent Development to identify and coordinate training support and programs
  • Work as a partner to the business team to facilitate mid-year and year-end performance management cycle
  • Partner with Employee Relations as it relates to performance management and investigations
  • Provide coaching and support to employees and to managers through various steps of employee relations matters
  • Ensure that HR policies and practices are applied consistently
  • Work as partner with Center of Excellence (COEs): Talent Acquisition, Learning & Talent Development, DEI, Comp and Benefits, Payroll, HR Systems, Corp Affairs, and others

Requirements:

  • BS/BA in Human Resources or related discipline; MBA or MS is preferred
  • Pharmaceuticals, biopharmaceuticals, biotechnology is preferred
  • Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm
