The Support Engineer is a critical role in our global organization, providing technical guidance and support to customers during critical issues. In this role, you will be part of a team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences, using skills that include building trust, showing empathy, and excellent communication.

As a Support Engineer, you will resolve technical cases created by customers, using various technologies, including web, chat, email, case updates, and direct telephone support. You will work closely with customers to understand their technical questions and issues, and provide solutions that meet their needs.

Key qualifications for this role include 4+ years of customer-facing technical support experience, ability to troubleshoot difficult technical issues, and ability to read basic Java/JavaScript code. You will also be expected to provide input across business units regarding process and product improvements, based on your unique perspective as a Support Engineer.
