Senior Technical Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Resolve complex technical issues for our customers, leveraging your expertise in ServiceNow software and cloud-based technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and training materials to support customer success.
- Participate in on-call rotations, providing 24/7 support to our customers and ensuring timely issue resolution.
- 4+ years of experience in technical support, with a focus on cloud-based technologies and ServiceNow software.
- Proven track record of resolving complex technical issues, with a strong understanding of Java/JavaScript code.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
