Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve complex technical issues for customers through various channels, including web, chat, email, and direct telephone support.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools to identify and troubleshoot issues, working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues, leveraging expertise and resources to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, staying up-to-date with new features and releases.
  • Provide input on process and product improvements, leveraging unique perspectives gained from working with customers.
Requirements
  • Strong technical background, with experience in relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle), object-oriented programming (e.g., Java, JavaScript), and Linux.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong commitment to quality and customer service.
  • Flexibility to work non-standard business hours, including weekends and holidays, on a rotational basis.
