Job Title: Senior Staff Technical Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve complex technical issues for customers using ServiceNow software and platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in the creation and maintenance of technical training programs.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of customer-facing technical support experience.
  • Advanced object-oriented programming skills, with a strong preference for Java.
  • Deep understanding of JavaScript, infrastructure services, operating systems, hardware, and networking.
  • Ability to handle escalated customer situations and communicate technical problems and solutions to senior leadership.
  • Personal commitment to quality and customer service.
