We are in search of a driven and skilled Regional Relationship Manager to enhance sales growth within the designated area.

Role Summary: The Regional Relationship Manager (RRM) plays a pivotal role in overseeing sales agencies that manage sales representatives within their assigned region. The RRM's key duties encompass recruiting new sales agencies and agents, enhancing sales performance, and offering extensive training and support to ensure the success of each office and representative. This role features a compensation structure that is entirely performance-based, with bonus opportunities and unlimited earning potential.

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Agency Recruitment:
    • Proactively recruit and onboard new sales agencies within your region.
    • Design and implement strategies to attract high-performing agencies.
  2. Agent Recruitment:
    • Identify and develop new sales agents to ensure agencies are fully staffed.
    • Collaborate with agency leaders to pinpoint and hire top talent.
  3. Partnership Development: Establish and nurture partnerships with retail and non-profit organizations for local agents.
  4. Sales Performance:
    • Drive sales results across all agencies and agents to achieve and surpass sales objectives.
    • Formulate and execute sales strategies to optimize revenue and market presence.
  5. Training and Support:
    • Deliver comprehensive training and support to each office and agent to ensure their success.
    • Conduct regular training sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement.

Program-Specific Duties:

  1. Dental Programs:
    • Lead Generation: Ensure agencies identify and target businesses that provide PPO dental insurance.
    • Relationship Management: Assist agencies in developing and maintaining connections with HR departments and decision-makers.
    • Product Demonstration: Create and oversee product presentations to showcase the advantages of our dental partnerships.
    • Follow-Up: Ensure agencies maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to address inquiries and finalize sales.
    • Enrollment Oversight: Supervise agencies to ensure efficient enrollment processes for employees.
    • Sales Reporting: Monitor and report on sales activities and outcomes from agencies.
  2. Tax Programs:
    • Target Outreach: Ensure agencies identify and engage 1099 workers.
    • Client Education: Guide agencies in educating prospects about tax program benefits.
    • Consultation Guidance: Assist agencies in conducting consultations to assess eligibility.
    • Documentation Support: Ensure agencies help clients gather necessary documentation.
    • Client Follow-Up: Monitor agencies to provide ongoing support and ensure client satisfaction.
    • Enrollment Tracking: Track and report on enrollment activities and results.
  3. Healthcare Programs:
    • Target Identification: Ensure agencies identify eligible businesses and individuals for healthcare programs.
    • Community Presentations: Oversee agencies as they conduct presentations to explain healthcare program benefits.
    • Enrollment Assistance: Guide agencies in assisting eligible participants through the enrollment process.
    • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all enrollments adhere to program guidelines.
    • Reporting: Track and report on enrollment activities and results.

Qualifications:

  • Some coursework towards an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing and sales management, preferably in a regional or multi-location context.
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.

Compensation Structure:

  • Performance-based compensation - Commission.
  • High earning potential with bonus incentives and uncapped earnings.
