About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Mindsculpt. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing a designated territory or region, driving sales volume growth, and developing strong relationships with our customers and representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute strategic plans to support and increase sales volume for products under your responsibility. Identify opportunities to grow sales volume and improve order intake predictability.
  2. Leadership and Communication: Possess leadership capability, with the ability to understand the motives and objectives of the sales department and communicate effectively with representatives and key customers in your assigned territory.
  3. Adaptability and Creativity: Demonstrate creativity and adaptability to successfully manage the sales territory and address changing business conditions and achieve objectives.
  4. Relationship Building: Develop strong working relationships with agents and representatives to achieve desired results, utilizing effective communication, motivation, team building, and diplomacy skills.
  5. Product Development and Marketing: Assist regional sales managers and representatives in the development, design, application, marketing, and selling of products.
  6. Market Development and Sales Promotions: Support market development and sales promotions, evaluating the effectiveness of promotion and advertising programs and recommending changes or improvements.
  7. Customer Engagement: Maintain contacts with representatives and important customers to follow up on promotion efforts and keep informed of their needs.
  8. Intellectual and Judgmental Abilities: Consistently exercise intellect, judgment, and ability commensurate with executive and managerial positions in similar industries or situations.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
  2. Experience: Demonstrated experience developing sales and customer service is a plus.
  3. Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Compensation: Comfortable working with performance-based pay based on commissions and bonuses.
  5. Interpersonal Skills: Able to work face-to-face with our Sales team and customers.
Preferred Skills
  1. Agent/Representative Experience: Experience working in an agent/representative environment.
  2. Sales Experience: Sales experience.
  3. Rapport Building: Demonstrated ability to build rapport with customers.
