Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated Experience: Demonstrated experience developing sales and customer service is a plus.
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with Performance-Based Pay: Comfortable working with performance-based pay based on commissions and bonuses.
- Able to Work Face-to-Face: Able to work face-to-face with our Sales team along with our customers.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Agent/Representative Environment: Experience working in an agent/representative environment.
- Sales Experience: Sales experience.
- Ability to Build Rapport with Customers: Demonstrated ability to build rapport with customers.
