Key Responsibilities:

- Relationship Management: Assist agencies in fostering relationships with HR departments and decision-makers.
- Product Demonstration: Oversee agencies in presenting and demonstrating the benefits of dental partnerships.
- Follow-Up: Ensure agencies maintain consistent communication with prospects to close sales.
- Enrollment Oversight: Supervise agencies to facilitate smooth enrollment processes.
- Sales Reporting: Monitor and report on sales activities and outcomes from agencies.
- Tax Programs:
- Outreach: Ensure agencies target 1099 workers effectively.
- Education: Guide agencies in educating prospects about tax program benefits.
- Consultation: Assist agencies in conducting consultations to assess eligibility.
- Documentation Support: Ensure agencies help clients gather necessary documentation.
- Follow-Up: Monitor agencies to provide ongoing support for client satisfaction.
