Role Summary: The Regional Relationship Manager (RRM) plays a crucial role in overseeing sales agencies and their respective agents within the assigned region. The RRM's key responsibilities encompass recruiting new sales agencies and agents, enhancing sales performance, and providing extensive training and support to ensure the success of each agency and agent. This role offers a commission-based compensation structure with unlimited earning potential through performance incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Agency Recruitment:
    • Proactively identify and onboard new sales agencies within the territory.
    • Formulate and execute strategies to attract high-performing agencies.
  2. Agent Recruitment:
    • Recruit and nurture new sales agents to ensure full staffing of agencies.
    • Collaborate with agency leaders to pinpoint and hire top talent.
  3. Partnership Development: Establish and cultivate partnerships with retail and non-profit organizations for local agents.
  4. Sales Performance:
    • Drive sales performance across all agencies and agents to achieve and surpass sales objectives.
    • Design and implement sales strategies to optimize revenue and market presence.
  5. Training and Support:
    • Deliver comprehensive training and support to each agency and agent to ensure their success.
    • Conduct regular training sessions focused on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
  6. Program Development: Open to creating new programs in collaboration with program partners.

Program-Specific Duties:

  1. Dental Programs:
    • Lead Generation: Ensure agencies effectively target businesses offering PPO dental insurance.
    • Relationship Management: Assist agencies in fostering relationships with HR departments and decision-makers.
    • Product Demonstration: Oversee agencies in presenting and demonstrating the benefits of dental partnerships.
    • Follow-Up: Ensure agencies maintain consistent communication with prospects to close sales.
    • Enrollment Oversight: Supervise agencies to facilitate smooth enrollment processes.
    • Sales Reporting: Monitor and report on sales activities and outcomes from agencies.
  2. Tax Programs:
    • Outreach: Ensure agencies target 1099 workers effectively.
    • Education: Guide agencies in educating prospects about tax program benefits.
    • Consultation: Assist agencies in conducting consultations to assess eligibility.
    • Documentation Support: Ensure agencies help clients gather necessary documentation.
    • Follow-Up: Monitor agencies to provide ongoing support for client satisfaction.

Compensation:
