Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding service to Sales Associates and clientele.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain the cash drawer.
- Assist customers in understanding their payment options.
- Input customer information into the company database.
Qualifications:
- Professional demeanor and appearance;
- Ability to maintain a positive outlook and prioritize customer satisfaction in a busy setting;
- Effective communication skills with colleagues across various departments.
Position Details:
- Availability for weekend shifts, no evening hours.
