Key Responsibilities

The Operations Administrator plays a crucial role in managing order processing for the repair facility. This position is accountable for invoicing all jobs handled by the facility.

  • Daily Timecard Management: Responsible for accurate time entry by verifying against reports.
  • Order Management: Includes contract review with an understanding of basic freight terms, customer order acknowledgment upon receipt of purchase orders, and ensuring proper booking for sales credit.
  • Job Documentation: Creation and maintenance of job folders and files.
  • Data Processing in ERP System: Opening jobs in the system and receiving purchase orders.
  • Accounts Receivable: Processing and following up as necessary.
  • P-Card Oversight: Management of purchasing card transactions.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in order processing and invoicing.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Experience in data entry is essential.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is highly preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
