Program Support Specialist - Texas Rising Star

Job Summary:

The Program Support Specialist - Texas Rising Star will be responsible for organizing, scheduling, coordinating, and implementing the activities and support functions of the Provider Services and Quality Initiatives programs for Dallas and Southeast Texas. This role will work under the direction of the TRS Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track and Coordinate: Monitor mentor work assignments and ensure timely documentation is received and uploaded.
  • Schedule and Coordinate: Maintain a schedule of Texas Rising Star Assessor availability and coordinate site visits.
  • Database Management: Update the state database with Texas Rising Star certification information.
  • Assignment Management: Manage assignments for early learning programs.
  • Screenings and Assessments: Conduct quarterly screenings for certified Texas Rising Star programs.
  • Community Representation: Represent ChildCareGroup at community events.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School diploma required, Associates Degree in Business or Project Management preferred.
  • Experience: 2 years' office experience, project coordination, or program support.
  • Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills, ability to work within a team, and demonstrate initiative.
  • Travel and Compliance: Must have a valid Texas driver's license, driving record must meet CCG's automobile insurance requirements, and liability insurance and reliable personal transportation.
