Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Phoenix Protective Corporation. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our office operations, including IDEMNIA fingerprinting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries
  • Review reports and maintain accurate records
  • Update personal files and electronic databases
  • Proficiently use MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Perform general office duties and projects as needed

Requirements:

  • Professionalism and integrity are essential
  • Takes ownership of responsibilities and is dependable
  • Strong work ethic and can-do attitude
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work weekends if needed
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Outgoing and able to work in a team environment
  • Strong multi-tasking skills, including flexibility, time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Security, Law Enforcement, or Emergency Service experience is a plus
