Job Overview

D.H. Pace Company, Inc. is looking for a Service Support Representative to enhance our operations. This role is essential in representing our organization by effectively communicating with both residential and commercial clients, as well as collaborating with our Commercial service team to ensure optimal customer satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in providing our service technicians with the necessary information to execute their tasks efficiently and maintaining updated customer portals upon service completion.

Compensation: The starting pay for this position is $23.00 per hour, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support, including answering phone calls, utilizing various software applications, filing, scanning, and e-faxing.
  • Assist the department manager with daily operations and documentation, including customer maintenance programs.
  • Process vendor invoices and enter service tickets, sales leads, and sales orders.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, with potential overtime required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to implement process enhancements.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, along with a strong mechanical and mathematical aptitude.
  • Ability to professionally represent the company and communicate effectively with customers.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
