The Customer Support Specialist plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to both internal and external clients. This position involves direct interaction with customers, addressing their needs and facilitating their rental experiences. Through comprehensive training and practical exposure, the Customer Support Specialist will provide essential administrative assistance, support customers, and serve as a rental backup in various operational settings.
Compensation: This role offers a competitive hourly wage, complemented by performance-based incentives.
Available Work Schedules:
Schedule A: Friday to Tuesday, 4:00 AM to 2:00 PM (Wednesday and Thursday OFF)
Schedule B: Wednesday to Sunday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Monday and Tuesday OFF)

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming inquiries, including reservations and general information requests, while providing effective solutions to customers and partners.
- Manage outgoing communications for follow-ups and various assigned tasks.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by assessing rental needs and providing assistance both in-person and via phone.
- Welcome customers with a friendly demeanor and provide necessary guidance.
- Assist in evaluating the condition of vehicles upon return.
- Facilitate the return process, including check-ins and kiosk transactions.
- Promote company services while ensuring safe and courteous transportation of customers.
- Clearly communicate rental terms, vehicle features, and additional services.
- May involve selling optional products and upgrades.
- Report any vehicle issues or maintenance needs to management.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness, both interior and exterior, as required.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including billing support, accounts receivable, and report generation.
- Execute additional job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
- Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past five years.
