Position Overview:

Fidelity National Financial is in search of a motivated individual to fill the role of Customer Support Specialist. This is a full-time, on-site position designed for entry-level candidates. The selected individual will be tasked with delivering outstanding support to both external clients and the internal sales team. The ideal candidate will engage in preparing promotional materials for clients, sourcing data to generate leads, and addressing general inquiries from clients and the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop reports and promotional content to highlight properties for clients.
- Utilize third-party data applications to assist clients in identifying target marketing regions.
- Address inquiries related to our products and services.

Qualifications:

- A High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Skills and Experience:

- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities are essential, with a knack for articulating ideas and products effectively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Adaptability: Capability to excel in a dynamic environment and adjust to shifting priorities.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is necessary. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
- Motivation: A self-driven individual eager to learn and advance within the organization.

Additional Information:

Possession of a CO Title License is preferred but not mandatory.
