As a Customer Service Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative assistance across various departments, fulfilling the role of Service Coordinator. Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding service requests and effectively addressing complaints.
  • Key tasks and primary responsibilities encompass:
  • Handling incoming calls
  • Processing new service requests
  • Inputting information into the system
  • Coordinating with the scheduling team to arrange services
  • Potentially scheduling services during team members' absences.
  • Monitoring the service inbox for incoming requests.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $ per Hour
*The pay range offered to a successful candidate will be determined based on various factors, including education, work experience, job location, specific duties, and certifications.
