Available Shifts:

  • Thursday through Monday
  • 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM
  • 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
  • 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will serve as the primary liaison for guest interactions at The ONE Group's establishments nationwide. This position entails managing reservations, coordinating group events, overseeing catering services, and handling take-out requests in a bustling office environment. You will engage with guests through various communication channels, necessitating flexible hours and outstanding customer service capabilities.
